Happy Faces Day 2012

Hi guys, I’m very honored to have been invited down to Bray to launch Armstrong Photography’s celebration of Happy Faces Day. Its on the 24th of March, and apparently, the lovely folks from Dubrey Books Bray will involved and there may be some media coverage – I’m a little unsure – all I know for sure is that I will be there with my family getting my portrait taken as part of this terrific charitable drive by the professional photographers of Ireland.

If you are in the Bray area and would like to donate €25 AND get a free portrait session and desk sized portrait, all you have to do is make an appointment with Armstrong Photography  and turn up in your best bib and tucker. If you aren’t living in the Bray area but still fancy donating to this wonderful charity and getting your free portrait session, just find your nearest participating photographer!

Happy Faces Day is the The Irish Professional Photographers’ Association annual charitable initiative that takes place every April. Since it first launched in 2006, IPPA Happy Faces has raised almost €280,000 for its chosen charities and this year the funds raised will go to the wonderful Jack and Jill Foundation who provide home nursing care for babies & children up to the age of 4 who are born with, or develop, brain damage. 100% of the Happy Faces Day proceeds (not just profits) will benefit The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation, and all costs are met by the participating members and by their generous sponsors, Canon.

COME ON! SMILE! IT’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
